The FSB of Russia opened a criminal case on the creation of a terrorist community or participation in it against the former head of Yukos Mikhail Khodorkovsky (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent), and 22 members of the so-called “Anti-War Committee of Russia” (AKR). This was reported by TASS in the Center for Public Relations (TSOS) of the FSB of Russia. “The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation opened a criminal case under Article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violent seizure of power or forcible detention of power) and Part 1 and Part 2 of Articles. 205.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of a terrorist community and participation in it) against the former head of the company Yukos Mikhail Khodorkovsky and members of the "Anti-War Committee of Russia" (Mikhail Kasyanov, Marat Gelman, Leonid Gozman, Vladimir Kara-Murza, Sergey Aleksashenko, Dmitry Gudkov, Sergey Gudkov, Boris, Zimin, Evgeny Chichvarkin, Evgeny Kiselev TASS) and other unidentified persons”, – reported in the MCC of the FSB. Marat Gelman, Leonid Gozman, Vladimir Kara-Murza, Anastasia Shevchenko, and Garry Kasparov are included in the list of terrorists and extremists of Rosfinmonitoring Russian FIU. In addition, a criminal case has also been initiated against Mikhail Khodorkovsky under Part 2 of Article. 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public calls for terrorist activities).
